In order to make it sit without following you all the time use anything other then the fish to make it sit, (use the right click again).You no longer have to feed them I guess as you can breed them now by right clicking TWO tame animals with food, they will show hearts when they are ready to mate and find each other.There is no way to keep it as a tame Ocelot, surprised me too.
