You cannot. Sorry, but the old GH Guitars are compatable with rock band, but not the other way around ALTHOUGH.., I'm not certain if this will work or not, and don't hold this as true to work but... I think the reason that the rock band guitar wont work on GH games because the RB guitar works through the usb port, and GH games are not designed to have that input so if theres any device that can connect a usb and come out a ps2 port, that might work (i dont think any item exists, but there are items where you can plug in a ps2 controller and it comes out a usb) hope that helped :] You cannot.
