To make a splash potion, take a regular potion and put it in the bottom slots of a brewing stand. Then, put a piece of gunpowder on the top slot of the brewing stand and it will convert the potion to a splash potion.

A potion of swiftness can be made by first brewing an awkward potion which uses water bottles and nether warts. Use this potion along with sugar to create the potion of swiftness. Adding redstone to this potion will increase the amount of time the potion last for and adding glowstone reduces the amount of time the potion will last but will increase it to a swiftness 2 potion. Add gunpowder to turn it into a splash potion and dragon breath to turn it into a lingering potion.
use the night visio potion with the water botle and there you go.

To use a brewing stand in Minecraft, locate it on the floor and engage with it to open its interface. Add Blaze Powder as gasoline in the backside slot, then place water bottles in the backside three slots. Add components like NetherWart and different brewing components in the top slot to create potions.
Cauldrons in Minecraft can be used to store water, equal to a single bucket full, for filling potions with water (up to three.) You can also use the cauldron instead of a brewing stand to make potions. It requires water, a netherwart, the ingredient for whichever potion you are attempting to make, glowstone and/or redstone to increase potency and duration, and gunpowder if a splash potion is desired.
There are no instant kill potions in minecraft at the moment, just potion of harming, which can do 3 or 6 hearts of damage.
First you need to combine a regular water bottle with a Nether Wart to make an Awkward Potion. Then combine the Awkward Potion with a Glistering Melon to make Potion of Healing. The full brewing chart can be found below.
