How you do that is first go to the place you want to shortcut to. WITHOUT USING A SHORTCUT first! Then when you are where you want, click the little blue x button, that marks your place. Go explore Wizard city now. When you want to shortcut back to that place, click the blue x button with the green arrow. That will transport you to the place you marked before! Quickest shortcut EVER!
