The CD must be pressed from a negative rather than "burned" by laser.
what CD that allows you to read and write
You can write protect your Power Point presentations via some external applications. These are security applications that make it write only.
You can't. You must have a drive with writing capabilities to write to a CD.
There is a small slide-switch on the floppy to write or protect
That means it is a CD you can WRite to.
You can make a image of the CD using software like nero. Then write that image to the other CD.You can then use that cd to do the repairs.
CD-R
CD+r means write once, read many. This means that you can only write data to the CD once, after that it will be on there forever and you can always get to it.
CD-R or CD-RW , BUT CD-R is better
WINDOWS(whidout Nero)copy data to CD/DV-RW with just simple copy and pasteinsert the CD/DVDright click properties->recordingenable CD-recording on this driverselect write speed( i sugest 4~32x)ok then right click again and click on write files to CD
It depends on the CD's format, how it was burned, and whether the session is still open or not. If it is a CD-RW(Read/Write) you can erase these and re-write data on them. If you are trying to erase a store bought CD or a CD-R or CD+R you are out of luck, once these are burned they are done.
Burning of a CD means that you laser write data onto the silver surface of the CD.
