The female plant is capable of growing buds on it's own, just give it sunlight and love. If you want bigger buds, you will need stronger lights and good nutrients.
They are the fruit/seed pod. They grow from a fluffy bud part.

yes, plants can grow there roots back, but it has to be the full plant. Not a flower, fruit, bud, etc. You have to keep it in a cup or vase filled with water. It may take a while but eventually the roots will start growing back. I am currently helping a plant grow it's roots back. It was dying, so I cut it in half. I put the top in water and after about a week it is growing back and greener than ever. I give it new water ever other day and make sure it doesn't get dusty. Sometimes I have to take the dead plant off of the base so the roots can grow past it. Very fun, you get attached to it.
a bud :P
bud i think
just let it grow. perfection takes time
You would need a female.
Grafting
The male plant is usually seperated with the female plant because not only does the male plant not bud as beautifully and wholey as a female plant, you won't get very high from smoking the male plant.
Flower bud
You could call a small plant just starting to grow a seedling, a bud, a shoot, or a sprout.
No A dandelion bud, which is an immature flower cannot grow into another dandelion plant. Only the seed-head can do this.
They are the fruit/seed pod. They grow from a fluffy bud part.
,8 to 9 weeks depending on strain
well females plants grow the bud. the bud grows from little hairs that stick out all over the tree. this will show first at the point where the main stem meets the stem of a leaf. try to make sure you don't mix the female and male. ounce the flowers begin to open on the male and the female is allowed to pollinate energy is wasted on seed growth witch in some cases can take up as much as 90% of your bud production.
i think not cos weeds grow longer roots and therefore gets more nutrients than your plant.
Depends on how much bud it produced, and the potency of the bud.
