You want to know how you get Cadence to come on Club Penguin at the Dance Club Rooftop. You will see the Jet Pack landing on the rooftop, you must stay off that platform. When the room is full and off the platform, you should be able to see Cadence. She will fly in on her Jet Pack and land on the Platform. That is how you get her. If other penguins don't listen then, you won't be able to get her there. Plus you can search the Cadence Tracker to see where she is.
