You can buy coolant at any auto parts store or Walmart in America. It is prediluted with the correct amount of water. You can also buy radiator fluid that is concentrated (without water being added) but you will have to mix in the correct amount of water. The concentrated fluid is more economical because you are not buying water. Remember that coolant is not only antifreeze;it is anti-boil. So you need it year round.
