First of all, don't make it too obvious, like, don't make yourself seem desperate, cause then the girl won't even look at you twice.

Secondly, believe in yourself and have self confidence. If you talk to the girl alot, that's usually a good sign. Sometimes if you talk to her about basic stuff, that will usually ease into it. Get it?

I will warn you! Girls hate it when you follow them all the time. If you ask her on a date and she says no, don't follow her around, just wait...IF you just want to be FRIENDS, then that's different, be nice, kind, smile, and let her know that you wanna be her friend.

This answer truly depends on if you're a girl or a guy. If you're a guy, you need to be more like yourself and try not to flirt with them. If you're a girl, its a little different. You need to be yourself, and not be one of those backstabbers.
