G mod videos are created by using stop motion. Stop motion animations take a lot of time and are very hard to make.
1. Position any objects, ragdolls etc, in the way that you wish, making note of where you want the scene to be viewed from
2. Find a willing player, or make a new account, and position them in the spot.
3. Use the camera to take a photo
4. To animate it, take multiple photos and then put them side by side in a video editor such as Sony Vegas, or if you really don't have the money you could use Windows Live Movie Maker.
Remember that the more fps (frames per second) the smoother and better quality your animation will be. The human eye can view up to around 300 fps, but 20 fps is what we usually see at. Having high fps will remove motion blur, making your video look wierd. Having too little fps will make your video look very poor and animations will seem spastic.
