1.Get a balloon

2.blow it up

3.tie a knot

4.decorate it

5.get string (any size)

6.mesure then get the middle bit

7.tie the middle bit to the balloon

8.cut a circle out

9.cut a strip out

10.stick the strip round the circle to make a basket at the bottom

11.attach the string from the balloon on to the basket

12.up up and away
