get recovery questions then go to the barbarians. go down a ladder and go through the doors and answer the questions until u get the prize. but make sure u have RECOVERY QUESTIONS otherwise they dont give u a prize.

Sorry, but there are no spiky boots in runescape, however, there are spiked boots.

You can obtain spiked boots by bringing the Burthope blacksmith a pair of climbing boots and an iron bar, doing this requires a portion of the quest death plateau to be completed. Outside of the part of the desert treasure quest that these are used for, they have no use and cannot be equipped after desert treasure and death plateau are completed.
