All you have to do, is take 1 cup of milk, half a cup of sugar, mint extract, put in in a ziploc baggie and put it into another one. after that, put it into a larger bag filled with ice and salt. shake for 5-15 mintues. and VOILA! ice cream!
p.s.- if you want mint chocolate, add chocolate shavings after ice cream turns a little slushish. (after about 7-10 minutes)
