If you're talking about a live frog, I can't help you. However, my art class is making these cool sculptures out of paper and tape. I saw a frog today, and I thought it was really sweet. To make one, get a bunch of newspaper and some tape. Crinkle the paper under itself to form a half circle type thing. Make another, and tape them together. Stuff some newspaper in that. To make limbs, twist more newspaper. Cut them to size, make a ball for the head, and tape it all together. Then, start paper mache-ing it! After the first layer, add details by wetting some newspaper and sticking it to the mold. Cover it in a second and third layer, then wait for it to dry. Then paint it, and you're done!
