If you do not have the 25-30 gigabytes that the game requires to install and play, then you will have to delete some un-needed files like pictures, music, video. Also see if there are any un-needed programs on your computer that take up a lot of space.
If those fail, you will need to get a bigger hard drive, and either install it yourself or have someone install it for you.
