you could add something fun and good like if you want it health concerned add some good healthy foods that are edible for kids or just have the kids take a survey and put down what they would like like on fridays baked chicken ,salad ,with different kinds of dressings,and lowfat Frozen Yogurt ,and on mondays make kids say i love mondays!!! by making fat free oil free cheese filled veggie Pizza crust with yummy lowfat ice cream bars and a fruit snack!and on those special occasions (EXAMPLE:St. Patricks Day ) Make one of the staff go on the loud speaker and act like a leprechaun ! and Have (EXAMPLE: Pizza ) be food dyed green! and have things like salad and green sugar cookies !!Also don't just have one thing for the kids to eat each day have 3! like PB&J Sandwiches!
