All you do is use the computer in any conventional pokecentre and you enter the one that says your box. Next go int the one that says Pokeseals. Then you put them on the pokeballs and add it to a Pokemon ofyour choice and next time you send your Pokemon out into battle it will come out of the ball with some cool effects. :)hope this helped.

∙ 14y agoYou buy them from the Seal Man in Sunnyshore City, then go to the Blue PC in the Poke Center, click (player name's) PC, then Ball Capsules. You can then customise the Ball Capsules with Seals and assign them to your Pokemon.
