I assume you want to make a section of the wall in model form, one way to make the blocks for your wall is with "sculpy" clay, but that can get a little expensive, another way is to make sheets of plaster about 1" thick and carve it to look like a block wall, have a picture so you have something to guide you. there is a hard way and an easy way.
Hard way:
build tiny bricks out of gray clay and put them in a pattern which it will not fall over. for the ends of the wall, attach them to city borders.
Easy way: build a clay wall (without making tiny bricks) and then get a craft knife and make the "brick" marks on the wall.
