How do you make the World of Warcraft installer go faster?

In general, frame rate can be increased by lowering the video settings, making sure there are no unnecessary programs running in the background and providing ample cooling for your hardware.

If this still does not solve the lag, you might consider upgrading your processor, motherboard, RAM, and video card, as World of Warcraft's greatest demand is on these components.

you can lower the graphics setting by going to the options menu and clicking on video.

you can also upgrade the amount of ram you have in your computer which will cost you.

Many of my guildies couldn't walk in populated areas so I tweaked their computers for them controlling their computers with with the program "teamviewer".

There is a defrag program called disktrix that allows you to put all of Warcraft files on the outside of the hard disk where your computer can access the data faster.

If you want to make sure that no other programs hog PC resources while you play you can use a excellent program called prossess lasso.

You can trim down your start up programs, just Google startup.cpl and down load it then un click all the extra programs you don't need to automatically start up. There are lots more things you can do which is why I wrote a detailed blog on how to do everything. There is a lot to doing it if you do it right.

You will see the downloader start up. Let it run all by its self.. With no other applications running.
