Hold down Alt and type + 0176 while you are holding it down. Then release the Alt key.
alt+0176...dont forget to put the +sign aswell
Or you can go to symbols (on Microsoft Word) and find the degree sign and click it.

Hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard, then open the MS Paint, press CTRL+V, save it and it's your screenshot.
There could be various reasons. Make sure your account is correct and that your password is too.
Re-run MS Office setup from CD choose to modify setup. Check "options" checkbox to explore components and in MS Office Tools, I believe, sellect MS Query to be installed. Make sure not to uncheck existing components
