I assure you rubbing peanut butter on them does nothing. It just depends on genetics. You can't control how big they get without surgery, but odds are, they're fine the way they are.
You can though is you want create the allusion of bigger boobs with the use of different shades of powder foundation. well i findf powder works better for it.
