In terms of phone screensavers: Download an app called 'Instasize' or 'Instabox' (both free) as both these apps allow you to add the white (or whatever color you want) bars along the sides or whole border of the image. I use this for instagram all the time (insta- paytonnxx) This means none of the image will be cut up and it won't be all blurry. Hope this helps.
