∙ 14y agoUnlike in the Sims2, there is no cheat code for twins. However Sims3 provides you with a chance for not only twins, but triplets! If you want to have twins, you could always attempt the natural way. But if you have 10,000+ rewards points, I reccommend you buy the baby fertility treatment. It really increases your chances. However, you still have a chance of having single babies, but it's extremely less likely. The best way to have twins or triplets is to get pregnant when you're a young adult with the fertility treatment. In order to pick their traits, go to the hospital while you're pregnant for some medical advice, and invest in a massage or pedicure from the Spa. Don't spend very much time on your feet, but read a few pregnancy books. All in all you'll spend about 1,000 dollars on the pre-care, but hey, if you're willing to, it works. (: Good luck! xxx-mandy

Normal twins are made when 2 eggs meet 2 sperm .
