1. take an eyeshaddow about 2 tones lighter than your skin and apply it to your crease
(doing this will make the crease look less obvious)
2. use black liquid eyeliner - start from the corner of your eye and draw a line of medium thickness 2/3's of the way across your lid
(this creates a slanted look)
3. get a black eyeshaddow on a thin brush or if you dont have one use a cotton swab..
pat the shaddow over the end of the liquid liner to make the line look less harsh
4. redefine your eyebrows - make them atleast 5mm heigher than they usually are
(doing this makes the space between your brow and eyelid appear larger and more asian)
5. appy false eyelashes - if you use long ones this could help to make your crease less obvious
note: no mascara or eyeliner on the bottom of your eye
By Asian eyes I believe you mean the shape of the eye? If so, then you are most likely referencing a lack of a crease, or fold in your eyelid, that is a very common Asian feature. There is no best eye makeup for Asian eyes -- it's all in the way you apply your makeup.
Because our eyes don't have a defined crease, you must make one by playing with shadows and highlights, or dark and light colors.
First, apply a bright/pale color to your brow bone. that will define your eyes. Don't apply the color all over your lid. Next, apply your medium tone color all over your lid. Finally, get the darkest color you're going to use and apply it on where your crease should be. Close your eyes and place the brush on the outer corner of your actual eyeball. Then gently bring the brush back and forth around the shape of your actual eye. It'll take a bit of practice to get it right, but eventually once you get the hang of it you'll have created the illusion of a crease.
If you need a better visual aid, I suggest googling images or searching 'monolid tutorials' on YouTube.
I'm assuming you want to look chinese? If so, you need to put a dark eyeliner across the bottom waterline of your eyes and keep going into the little crease at the side of your eye. Don't wear mascara and if you keep the eyeshadow to light flat tones, then this will change the appearance of the eye when combined with the other instructions. Hope this helps :)
