Can you create pages in your account?
You cannot create your own personal WikiAnswers page for your account. However, your Bio Page is the only page on WikiAnswers that is pretty much yours to decorate to your liking (appropriately that is). Other than your Bio Page, no page on WikiAnswers is yours, and you cannot create another bio page, either.

If you mean the site, the answer is you don't. If you mean your own account, you go to your Bio page and click on "Edit this page". You can make any changes you want as far as your preferences, your watchlist, and your personal information. You can also change your settings by going to My Settings.
When a percentage question is asked can WikiAnswers add a make your own bar chart section?
No. WikiAnswers does not currently support graphics or images.

If you are a registered user, you can go to your contributions page by clicking on "My contributions" on the blue sidebar. Then chose "filter by: Questions Asked" and you will see a list of all the questions that you have asked on WikiAnswers.

Looking Stuff UpOf course, WikiAnswers users can look stuff up on the Internet on their own. They make a choice to come here, where they get and give answers, make friends, and have fun. After all, using a search engine and searching sometimes endless web pages is rather boring and certainly no fun.
Why is the time displayed on WikiAnswers different from local time?
Page changes are marked with the "universal time" that is used by the WikiAnswers server. You can modify this under "settings" so that the times you see are displayed for your own local area.
