You cannot make another person do anything. You can ASK your parents to sign it - you might get better results if you explain to them how you plan to make better grades in the future and ask them to help you study better.

Instead of trying to make your parents sign a bad test grade, it would be more helpful to talk to them openly and honestly about the grade. Explain any challenges you faced and discuss ways they can support you in improving for the next test. Together, you can come up with a plan to address the situation rather than hiding it or trying to manipulate the situation.
