Not sure if you're asking for help on training such a dog or if you're asking other people if they are training one? If the first, see the linked site Dog Training category and Download Guides section. Start simple after about 12 weeks. House toilet train and "sit" command before moving on to commands like stay and come and all the while observe to see and stop bad habits like jumping and chewing.

Rottweilers are a recognised breed, if you mean the right time to mate, that would be between day 8 and 15 day of the females season. It varies from dog to dog.

Take into account that a large breed dogs cycle is much slower, I would say at around day thirteen, she will be most receptive to the male. You will know if she is ready, if you run your hand down her back, she will arch her tale to one side and push back into you. This is called flagging, her discharge should be light pink to straw colour around this time.

A Rottweiler is DEFFENTILY not one of my preffered breeds but with a good owner, or professional trainner they can be one of the best breeds to have, BUT if not trainned properly they can be more easily unpredictable and could attack anyone/dog at any time.

You can put the dog in a crate for a little while on a "time out." You can very sternly tell your dog no and stop playing with him or doing whatever you were doing. You can also lightly tap you dog on the top of the snout. They do not like this, it is uncomfortable for them, but it does not hurt them.

The same you potty train any other breed. There are a number of ways, the most common (and, in my opinion, easiest) is crate training, which involves you taking your puppy out of its crate every two hours or so and waiting until it relieves itself outside. If/when it does, praise generously.

Rottweilers are extremely intelligent and will catch on to training easily. Since this is such a smart, strong breed of dog, it is best to start training classes early and stay in classes with your dog for the first couple of years. Start with a basic obedience class and then you can work up to "fun stuff" like agility, tracking, carting, etc. This will keep the dog socialized and keep them mentally stimulated

As with all dogs, patience and rewards are the key to training a Rottweiler.

Whenever the dog does behaviour you wish to reinforce, praise him enthusiastically, going "over the top" so he knows that you're really pleased with whatever he did. You need to do this consistently so that the dog makes the link between the behaviour and the praise. Occasional food rewards are good, too, but praise is the key.

When you want him to do something, such as "sit", repeat the word a few times and try to encourage his haunches down (but don't push roughly - that won't work). The second he does what you want, tell him what a wonderful dog he is, give him lots of pats and a treat every now and then. Never yell the command. Just repeat it quietly and firmly. Similarly, with the word "come", give a very gentle tug on the lead, and then confirm what a wonderful dog he is when he comes. Stick with simple, one-syllable words at first ("roll over" is too complicated in the beginning).

Consistency is very important. If you tell your dog to sit and he doesn't sit, ignoring the fact that he hasn't followed what you want will only confuse him. He needs to know every time that he's done the right thing.

This works also when you're trying to remove undesirable behaviour.

When you are trying to indicate certain behaviour is "bad", don't punish the dog - just ignore the behaviour. A classic example is a puppy that jumps up on everyone. The way to deal with this is never to smack the dog, but simply get everyone involved in a campaign of immediately turning their back on the dog whenever he jumps up. This will let the dog know that such behaviour will not get him what he wants, which is attention.

Can a husky fight off an attacking rottweiler?

The husky could defeat the rottweiler, but it might be a little bit injured since the rottweiler is so strong in fighting. It's likely that the husky would not get seriously injured since it has thick fur/deep muscles to protect itself from the Rottweiler's strong bites, especially on the throat.
