Hold crtl, shift, and c to open a cheat box. Then type boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true. Once you've done that click on the pregnant sim and choose spawn/ tombstone of life and death. A tombstone should appear and the ground. Then click on the tombstone, more, and speed up my pregnancy. They will have the baby in like 2 or 3 minutes.
