There isn't exactly one specific way to achieve an even skin tone. If you mean naturally without cosmetics then for a start not smoking, as this makes your circulation poor which will lead to scars or red patches appear more visable. Washing your skin daily and exfoliating often helps too by removing dead skin cells off the skins surface making it appear more radiant. Moisturising daily, or whenever your skin comes into contact with water. When moisturising, rub it into your skin in circular motions towards the heart to increase blood flow. Excersising, eating healthily (plenty of fresh fruits and veg) particulary foods high in vitamin D and C, drinking plenty if water and avoiding stimulants, such as coffee and energy drinks. Getting plenty of sleep is key, so that your skin has time to recover and avoiding the sun, always wear spf of at least 15. Having regular steam sessions (once a week) also helps, as it opens up your pores removing dirt that gets trapped inside them, plunging into cold water after a steam session will close up the pores again tightly preventing dirt from re-entering.
