lots of cardio(sit ups) and do this daily exercise:

1. place hands just below you belly button

2:inhale towards your spine

3:exhale only up to your hands

4:reapet for at least 6 times a day

Diet and exercise. You should lower your calorie intake and raise your activity level. 1 pound = 3,500 calories.. You do the math on how you many calories you need to reduce/burn off.
