Arabs have no identifying features, other than their ancestors being from the Arabian peninsula. They can be skinny or fat, short or tall, bearded or clean-shaven. Thus, the only way to look like an Arab is to be one.

saying that man is an Arab is like saying . man is European, Arab indicate the common geographical and cultural belinging , arabi can be egypian , yemeni, Iraqi......... . and a European man can be English , french ................ Arab used to endicate the cultural and geographical identity of people but not the ethnic idetity

Dye your hair a natural black and apply a sand color foundation( shade varies on the actual skin tone) put dark eyeliner, u can find a lot of Arabic make up videos on you tube , don't work out /try to act feminine make sure your eyebrows are jet black and nicely shaped and dress feminine
