It's not totally free world (Like you don't get to do whatever you want and can't say whatever you want) but the game is still really fun because it's SUPER easy to make friends and stuff. This is a little thing about me past. Toontown was my favorite game until Roblox, because all of my friends stopped getting online. I got on again after about 6 months and invited 5 people that I met and played with I wasn't sure what to get membership for! I have membership for both since we couldn't figure out how to get rid of toontown membership and we had already bought a roblox 6 month. :D.

Your toontown account is weird you have a free account and it wont let you play because you don't have a character and when you try to create one it says this is for members only?
When you start up Toontown on your free account, there will be 6 colored slots. 5 of them can only be used when you have purchased a membership for Toontown. If you press the slot that doesn't say "Members only", it leads you to the make-a-toon screen. Then you can make your toon, and continue onto the game. You MUST click the one that doesn't say "Members only" if you have a free account!
