∙ 15y agoThis was shown by my work at my last recent employer which required me to meet monthly targets, which I consistently exceeded. As per my company's Rewards & Recognition policy of getting promotion was to achieve the monthly targets consistently in any two quarters of the year and then get promotion in next six months was exciting & appealing for my career. So as I achieve my monthly target for the 1st quarter of the year, I was so energetic to exceed the 2nd quarter of the year as well... So the opportunities was coming more to me as growth in the company was also a major concerned which were my inspiring areas to achieve my monthly targets to made my long term career in the company.

∙ 10y agoConnecting with customers has always been and always will be the key to success in sales. People want to feel that a sales person actually cares and is offering them the best product for them, rather than just seeing them as a number and trying to up their profits as much as possible.

∙ 11y agoIt is a job you love or hate but it can be brain destroying but if you know the details of your products you can do well but you have to accept the bad times to appreciate the good times and you have to work hard to get your targets or KPI(Key Performance Indicators) or you will be out of a job. You have to convince the customer that your product is the best by saving them time and energy and not that your product is the cheapest

I would then go into a bit more depth on each of these roles, and describe the job itself and talk about how I performed in the role. When interviewing for sales jobs, the interviewer is likely looking for 1) whether or not you've had experience in doing so (so you should identify the jobs where you did), and 2) how you performed in that role (share your performance to plan, sales numbers, achievement).
