Usually try and disable any manufactures wireless utility and use the one that is provided with Windows. The one from the manufacturer can sometimes interfere with the windows one.
Next, double check the wireless password. Many times you can log into the router from a wired connection and view the SSID and password.
Next delete any connections you have run the connection wizard again.
Next Try a different wireless card or a different laptop.
Reload the wireless drivers.
Uninstall remove and firewall and antivirus (be sure to reinstall maybe use a different brand if this fixed the problem.)
Call a technician.

∙ 11y agoIt may be the system, the software, or the user that is causing the problem. As a novice, fixing a laptop may be outside of your abilities. However, if you are getting an error message, write it down and then search for it on Google. That may tell you what you need. Otherwise, you'll need to find or pay someone more knowledgeable.

-Make sure your wireless router is correctly configured.
-Make sure you choose and insert the right wireless network name and network key.
-make sure your wireless network card/USB adapter is enable & working
If doesn't work:
-Try to switch off & on the modem/router
- If your laptop able to find others wireless networks, then your laptop wireless network adapter is OK.
-If your laptop unable to find only your network, try to reconfigure your router or modem+router.
