How do you manually get the passenger side window up on a Lincoln Mark VIII after the interior panel has been removed and window is visible?
Remove the window motor from regulator.
This will free the window for movement.
The fuel pump and MFI relays are located next to each other inside the car on the passenger side behind the center console. Take off the plastic interior panel which your left leg would rug against if you sat in the passenger seat. The two relays are mount on a vertical metal bar behind the removed interior panel.
How do you open a car door with a broke latch I have removed the interior panel with the door closed. I can manually move the rods but the latch still seems to be stuck on something. What to do?

If you can manage to get the interior panel off (it is possible with the door closed) you will be able to actuate the release manually. I do not mean the handle. I am talking about the actual catch that holds the door shut. If nothing else call an automotive locksmith. He will not tell you that he has to cut a hole! But it will cost you upwards of $100.00. from my own experience I found that water was getting into the van from the top of windscreen rubber either on passenger or drivers side...it runs across top of windscreen metalwork behind interior roof trim!....and then trickles onto floor behind side interior trim..also on the van the roof gutters collect water and rust breaks out where black infill trim meets top of windscreen...silly design!!..I have removed roof black trim and cleaned up channel and used…

It is behind the kick panel ( the interior trim panel just in front of the door , by the front passengers feet ) The kick panel can apparently swing out and be removed
If it is anything like a 99 civic, this is how it would be done: There is usually a cap that is located on the roof of the interior that can be removed. Under the cap is a slot to manually crank the sun roof closed. The tool you need came with the 99 civic along with the tire iron and is thin and S shaped I believe. You should be able to close it…

You are going to have to remove the entire dash enough to get to the heater core on passenger side it goes in through the top. after you removed the dash you will see a housing with a rise in it I think there are 6 to 8 bolts holding the cover on remove these and the hoses under the hood and it should come right out.
