How do you manually lower the top on a 1965 thunderbird convertible?

The top is hydraulic and there is no override...unfortunately the answer is "you can't." however, in the shop manual a full schematic of the top ssytem is shown, so if you need to troubleshoot a bad relay or motor the shop manual has the info you need.
