Marking territory is available only in Wolf Quest 2:Survival of The Pack (Slough Creek), the first step is to find denand then you can start "PEE" , you can download the second epiode on http://www.wolfquest.org/ , or you can get help with the game just visit http://wolfquesthelp.webs.com/
It's only available on Quest 2. Press 'P' or 'H' to mark your territory. (Howl for H, and Pee for P. Pee works faster than howl though.)

if you are talking about wolfquest they are at your den but first you have to find a den, which can be seen on the compass and map and then mark the territory once you have gone right up to the den and choosen it.
