On your keyboard press "P" to mark your territory. You can only mark your territory during the official quest to mark your territory.

First go to every location of wolf territory. Meet with every wolf there, and then after you've done that you should be able to find a Dispersal.
The second wolf quest is about getting a pack and having pups. You can name and rear your pups. The second area is Called Slough Creek. It's very good.You can mark your territory and make a den. If your wolf is on full health, it won't eat elk and you need to find a mate and a new mission will appear and it says to mark your territory like howling and doing its business
"Win" in a confrontation with a wolf in EACH territory. Then, go back to where you saw a wolf, and keep doing so until you find a Dispersal Male/Female. It may take a few tries, but not long.
