I measure it with a measuring cup.

I've done a conversion for you so that you can measure it out in cups. 1200grams of UNSIFTED All-Purpose flour will be just over 8-1/2 cups. 8.57 cups precisely.
Sift the all-purpose flour, using a sieve or flour sifter, into a bowl.2 Measure 3/4 cup of flour from the all-purpose flour you just sifted, and pour it in a new bowl. A cup of sifted flour will weigh less than a cup of unsifted flour because sifting creates more volume, so if you scoop sifted flour, you are scooping less of it. Therefore, it is a good idea to sift more all-purpose flour than you might need.
Approximately 3.5 cups in 1 pound bread flour (remember there are many kinds of bread flour)
There are four cups of flour in one pound. So in two pounds there would be 8 cups of flour. Different flours have different weights. 1 cup of cake flour weighs 4 oz. 1 cup of all purpose flour weighs 5 oz. So the above answer is correct for cake flour, but all purpose flour would only give you about 6 1/3 cups
225 grams of plain white flour is 1 7/8 cups. Since you probably don't have a 7/8 cup measure (they don't exist), measure out 1 3/4 cups and then measure an additional two tablespoons. Or, measure two cups and then take out two tablespoons.
To measure 2 and 3/4 cups of flour, first scoop the flour into a dry measuring cup using a spoon to avoid packing it down. Level off the top with a straight edge, like a knife. For 2 cups, fill the measuring cup twice, and then add an additional 3/4 cup, repeating the scooping and leveling process. This ensures an accurate measurement for your recipe.
15 ounces by mass of all-purpose flour is: 3cups, if it is unsifted. Just under 3-3/4 cups, if it is sifted. (3.69 cups)
1 cup of All-Purpose Flour is 125 grams. However, because cups measure volume and grams measure mass this will change depending on what you measure.

I don't measure flour in testicle protectors.
1.put it in a measuring cup that measures solids. 2.fill it up to the top. 3.get a knife, and scrape the rest of the flour off. 1.put it in a measuring cup that measures solids. 2.fill it up to the top. 3.get a knife, and scrape the rest of the flour off.
