Go to Your Wmp Library And click the little down sign and it will bring a number of options and click add to library then click add and select the frostwire saved folder and your done :)
In order to move songs, one must first connect the device to iTunes. Next go to the apps tab and select iDownloader PRO. One can then drag and drop the files and folders to ones desktop. Once they are loaded on to ones desktop, they can then be loaded into iTunes.
To move songs from iTunes to Windows Media Player, first, locate your iTunes music folder, usually found in "C:\Users[Your Username]\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music." Next, open Windows Media Player and use the "Organize" menu to select "Manage Libraries," then "Music." From there, add the iTunes music folder to your library. Once added, the songs will be accessible in Windows Media Player.
Because you didn't move them into iTunes, or you have told iTunes not to sync all of its songs.

You can drag the songs from Library to "___'s iPod".
You can download IDump and it will take all the songs from your IPod and put it into a folder in your computer from which you can move into Itunes.

To add a movie in a suitable format from your Mac to your iTunes library you can either drag it onto the iTunes icon in the Dock; drag it into the Library section (top left corner) of the iTunes window, or select Add to Library... from the iTunes File menu.
The Home Sharing feature in iTunes lets you share your music library, or selected playlists, with other computers on your network so that they can listen to your music. It is not designed to move music around between computers.
Your media can be placed anywhere you wish, whether on the Internal or external hard drives or even on CDs. Use iTunes preferences to indicate how iTunes adds media to your iTunes Library. If you manually move media around, iTunes will not know where it is. So after moving any media, drag the media from its new location on to the iTunes dock icon. Media that iTunes has lost contact with will be marked by an ! mark. You can have iTunes find the media by locating the media for iTunes.
