Yes you can , just click the ipod and tick music and sync.
In general, iTunes will not allow one to move music from an iPod to a PC. The only exception is music that you have purchased through iTunes. There are a number of programs that will bypass iTunes and help with the management of your iPod. One such program is Copy Trans Manager.

You must install iTunes. Install iTunes, get the music files into your library, then from your itunes library, you can put them onto your ipod touch. Thank You-- Dahat 1992
Although there could be a non-official way, usually it's not able to get music from your ipod to itunes, or your computer itself. Itunes is a way to organize your music files and convert them to a Ipod supported format, the other way around is simply impossible.
Go into iTunes, and drag the song/s you want into the iPod section, and it should start downloading.
You have to move all your music from your windows computer to your mac. When you plug in your iPod (with iTunes open) it should ask if you want to sync to this library instead of the other one. This will wipe everything on your iPod and replace it with whatever is in your iTunes library.
There is no way to play music from your iPod without syncing it with iTunes, unless you can find a user generated program online. However, you can put music from iTunes and your iPod on other devices by following the steps on this website: http://hubpages.com/hub/transfer-music-from-ipod-to-computer. Once your music is on your computer, move the file from your computer to the removable device you wish yo put it on.

You need MP3 Converter...or you an access the files directly by enabling hidden folders* you then go into your iPod through "my computer" click on the folder called "iPod control" and then into " iPod music" where there will be a series of folders that say: f00 f01 f02... and so on where all of the music on your iPod will be** just double click on the files to add them to your iTunes*** *this method only works on windows **instead of the song names... there will be 4 letter codes ***you may need to disable the DRM for some songs to play
Yes. You must first load the CD onto your computer through iTunes, and then move the CD onto your iPod.
