You can't move the crates from the infirmary entrance -- you have to slip under them to the door. Use the pressure chamber (upper center) to squash yourself flat, then quickly run under the doorway.
You won't have to come out that way, because there is an exit in the maintenance area.
Just click on the winch and then the meteor, and the cable will hook it and pull it out of the way.
The clock is a geiger counter. Push over one of the long metal poles and it will form a ramp.
It is in the Research Lab north of the main moon base. Drive there, move the meteor with your winch, and enter. The pressure chamber is at the upper left of the main room. You can squash yourself flat (temporarily) to squeeze past the blocks into the Infirmary.
The winch is already on the rover. To move the meteor, and later some rocks, click the winch hook and carry it to where you want to use it.

It is tricky at best. But there are two basics: 1) Place your mouse cursor ABOVE the lander as it falls, and move left or right to keep it straight. 2) Click and hold your mouse button to fire the retro rockets, but don't leave them on for too long. The object is to make a quick descent and you can be a little fast or a little tilted as long as you land in the target zone.
You have to go to the most top middle window that was blocked by structures. Now, push the most left structure, and it will be the way for Geiger counter to get down to your Poptropica Lunar Colony Rover. Finally, you succeed to load Geiger Counters to the Rover.
