CANNOT DRAG AN EMAIL TO ANOTHER FOLDER ie hOLD FOLDER. I WAS ABLE TO DO THIS YESTERDAY. I AM ABLE TO RIGHT CLICK AND MOVE IT TO ANOTHER FOLER BUT I DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS. I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO DRAG AND DROP.

System32 contains a lot of important files. Even the Command Prompt relies on this to run it's commands and properties. DO NOT DELETE THIS FOLDER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR COMPUTER NOT TO BOOT.
