You probably won't be able to do much, if anything at all. The companies have their set fees and that's that. The exceptions may be if you're a large enough consumer needing several connections in which case, you may be able to negotiate some sort of `pakage deal', but even that's unlikely.
Tell them you are going to satellite with DirectFV or DishNetTV.
