grab a ice cube or some icy water and when you can hardly feel it quikly twist it if then you have a saw tooth again ice or icy water and repet till the tooth falls out
warning: can hurt for a week or two so eat mushy food such as bananas or ice cream

∙ 14y agoTetracaine suckers work really well. Two licks and your whole mouth and throat are numb. some compounding pharmacists make them. There are also the over the counter numbing sprays or lozenges. Just look in the medicine isle at the grocery store.

∙ 9y agoPiercing and tattoo shops normally have a numbing agent available for purchase, but most do not recommend it. It takes away from the experience and can make it hurt more after.
