All you have to do is get 100%. then you get ''destroy then collect car'' cheat and the instant car kill cheat. (DOES NOT COUNT FOR SLAM MOVE!). The car you have will be sucked up. It will land on the alien car and BOOM! Then the triangle or y will appear. Get in, get the wrench, and boom.

there is no 'final boss' in simpsons hit and run. it is a mission called alien autopsy 3. you have to pick up nuclear barrels with your car and drop them in the alien ships tractor beam. i might be slightly wrong but that's what i remember. sorry i havent played it in a while. hope i helped =)
