If it's a captive bead ring the bead pushes out from the side of the ring and then the ring can be rotated thru the piercing to remove it. If you can't get the bead off the ring go see your local body piercer, they will gladly help remove the bead for you using specialized tools.
Push the bead side ways and it will pop off the ring, it's called a captive bead ring, the bead is held by the tension of the ring nothing more.
Well you be smart, see your local professional body piercer, who may be able to reopen it using and insertion taper. Don't try this on your own you will just make a mess.
