I save all my bookmarks, download the new version, move it into the folder containing the older version, delete the older version, and open the new version, adding any bookmarks that were not automatically carried over.
page can be of any length..browser just open the page ..
simply a cached page is like a page stored in faster memory rather than on hard disk. www.heightz.blogspot.com A cached page doesn't have to be in memory, a cached page can simply mean that the majority of the content on the page is stored on your harddrive for faster retreival. If you visit a website a lot, chances are that your browser will keep some of the images, etc. cached on your harddisk so it doesn't have to download the content over again.
There is a Google home page for Firefox. It is located at http://www.google.com/firefox
On the Firefox toolbar, click:Tools, then click options. It will come up with, 'Show my home page when Firefox opens' Below that, you can change what comes up. Just type in www.horseisle.com and it will come up on the home page every time you open Firefox.
The easiest way is to open Internet Explorer, highlight the address at the top (the line will start = http://) then right click and copy this address. Open firefox and paste the address you copied from explorer into the address line and hit return. This will take you to the same page you had for explorer (but in firefox). Now click on the 'Tools' menu at the top of firefox and select 'options'. Then click on the button which says 'Use current page' then click 'OK' at the bottom and you are done.
A home page for a website is the very first page - the landing page. So, for example, Google's home page is google.com, and the home page for this site is answers.com. A home page for a browser is the page you choose to load first when you open the browser - it can be anything you want it to be. For example, my browser of choice is FireFox. FireFox by default has it's home page set to mozilla.com, so every time I open FireFox it opens on mozilla.com. If I want to, I can change this to open google.com when FireFox opens. You can find out how to change your browser's home page by visiting your favorite browser's website and looking up the instructions.
Open cnn and drag the tab on to the home button.
go to the internet archive and look it up or sometimes google has the cached version of the page just check to the right of the search result and it says cached. http://www.archive.org/index.php --Internet Archive.
Copy the URL of the cached page. Then, in a Google search bar type cache: then enter the URL of the cached page with no space after the colon. If you are using Google Chrome you can enter the sequence directly into the address bar.Example:cache:http://wiki.answers.com/This will display Google's cache of the page without highlighted search terms.
Firefox is much faster than internet explorer. firefox loads a page much faster than internet explorer. firefox also load lots of tab at a time but internet explorer hanged if we want to open more than one tab.
There is an option called default page what firefox is trying to open every time a new page is called. But in this case it appears the link is no longer valid. Or someone has set an invalid URL as your default startup page. You can go to the tools > options menu and change the URL in the main tab of the little window than opens.
