fuse for power steering on fiat punto if your looking for the fuse under the bonnet big black box on the right open up the box and you will see the big blue fuse in the middle of the top row .
open the door then drive into it with another car and it should remove it safely if not just use a hammer
On the top of the engine (just left of centre) is a little black flap marked olio you need to pull that open.
if you open the boot there isa hex shaped bolt remove it and away you go
The best way to do that is open the door borrow another car, and drive into it its the fastest way to remove the door, then the rest is simple
I try to activate child safty lock, but now i can open both the doors from inside and outside as well.
hi urmm mine was on the boot. open it and look up to where the hatch bit is (the bit that keeps the boot shut) lol sorry its not technical!!! ------- hope i helped
There should be a cable hanging down from where the latch was. Just grip with a pair of pliers and give it a gentle pull. You will hear a click and then you can release and go to the front of the car and open the bonnet. If the level is slack - it points to a snapped bonnet release cable. To open the bonnet in this situation (on a Fiat Punto), you'll need to get under the car.I jacked up the car, placed it on a stand on the passenger side, and reached up underneath. I've videoed it - quick to do once you see it.http://bit.ly/Yh1dQ9TAG: Fiat Punto, Bonnet Cable, Snapped Bonnet Cable
On my 2001 1.2 its in the fuse box next to the steering wheel. you can open the two screws on the fusebox with a coin rather than round them off with a screw driver
If your fiat has twin front airbags, the light means that the n/s airbag has been switched off. To switch it on open the n/s door insert key and turn, remove key, and turn on ignition, light should go out.
Lock stuck or cable broken. You will need to get into the boot space throught the back seat and remove as much trim as needed until you can see the lock then open it from there manually.
The latch release lever is on the driver's side on the floor next to the door. If the level is slack it points to a snapped bonnet release cable. To open the bonnet in this situation (on a Fiat Punto), you'll need to get under the car. Jack up the car, placed it on a stand on the passenger side, and reached up underneath.
