Troubleshoot your printer in device manager or try to open with another program. Try programs, windows photo gallery, file, import from scanner.
How are you trying to import the video? With Windows Movie Maker, Windows Photo Gallery (or other program)? Windows Photo Gallery should work for importing your hd camcorder video. Windows Movie Maker is rather persnickety with importing (my experience anyhow). Open Windows Photo Gallery and click on File, Import from Scanner or Camera.
To transfer photos from Windows Live Photo Gallery to a memory stick, first, insert the memory stick into your computer’s USB port. Open Windows Live Photo Gallery and select the photos you want to transfer. Then, click on the "File" menu, choose "Export," and select your memory stick as the destination. Finally, click "Export" to complete the transfer.
"Go to your computers start menu and go to all programs, type in w and it will bring up all folders and programs that begin with the letter W. Once you find Window's photo gallery you make left click on it, open it and use the open option or double click option on a photo to open it."

It depends what you mean by 'cant access'. a) If your computer crashed while a file was open - Open Office should automatically attempt to recover the file next time you open it. b) If the file is locked by a password - you need to enter the correct password to open it.
then Photoshop do not support that kind of file, format. Or file is damaged. How to save these pictures ?
too bad for you.
You use the software by Adobe called Photoshop. Once installed, it will be under: Start>All Programs>Adobe Photoshop CS3 To open a photo, once Photoshop is running, click File, then navigate to the desired file and click Open.
